When enquiring, include the shape, carat weight, measurements, preferred colour and clarity, cut or finish requirements, quantity and budget. Our enquiries cover D–M colour enquiries and a broad range of clarity selections. Exact grades and the presence of a laboratory report are confirmed for the actual stones offered.
Pointers and solitaires
We welcome requests for 0.25 ct, 0.30 ct, half-carat and one-carat categories, as well as smaller and larger stones. Carat weight alone does not define the face-up size or appearance. Round brilliant, cushion, heart and other fancy shapes should be compared by their measurements, proportions and individual characteristics.
Reported and unreported selections
Some individual diamonds are accompanied by reports from laboratories such as GIA, IGI or HRD. Melee and commercial parcels may be supplied differently. We clearly distinguish a laboratory grade from a supplier’s description and discuss the documentation available before purchase.
