All diamonds, gemstones and jewellery are offered with Price on Request. Collection photographs illustrate examples and are not a live inventory feed. We confirm current availability, the specific material, dimensions, quantity and any available report when discussing your enquiry. Ask for the validity period of your quotation.
Confirming your selection
Before an order is agreed, review the description, photographs or video, any laboratory report and the complete quotation. For jewellery, also confirm the metal and purity, size, measurements, design, settings, finishes and what is included. Questions about provenance, treatment information or condition should be resolved for the individual item.
Payments
Please request current payment methods and written instructions with your quotation. International bank-transfer enquiries are welcome. Any deposit, design charge, payment stages, currency, fees and balance requirements are agreed for the specific order. Bank details are supplied directly with confirmed order instructions.
Shipping & delivery
Share your destination country and any important timing requirements. Shipping method, insurance, dispatch timing, delivery charges and the documents applicable to the order are confirmed before shipment. Customs procedures and any import charges depend on the destination and the consignment; discuss these details before placing the order.
Inspection, returns & custom work
Please request the written inspection, return, cancellation and refund terms that apply to your specific purchase before payment. Made-to-order jewellery and work on a customer-owned stone may require different arrangements. A general collection page does not establish an inspection period or a return entitlement.
Workshop submissions
Do not send diamonds or jewellery for cutting, repolishing or setting without first agreeing the assessment, handling and transport arrangements. We discuss the proposed work, possible changes in weight or appearance, quotation and timing before proceeding.

Contact us with any question about your piece, its setting or its care. Provide the order details, photographs and a description of the issue so we can discuss the appropriate next steps.
